Safety and Health Policy
The Safety and Health Policy signed by the director general of Railway Bureau,MOTC (RB), with details as follows:
Safety is a fundamental requirement for engineering and the highest guiding principle for all engineering associated decisions and actions of the RB.
To effectively implement safety management and achieve the goal of "Zero disasters and Zero accidents," we are committed to taking the following actions:
- System Establishment:Promoting the establishment of an engineering Safety Management System and implementing hazard identification and risk prevention measures.
- Regulatory Compliance:Strictly adhering to laws and standard operating procedures (SOP), defining clear safety responsibilities for employees, and ensuring construction proceed under safe conditions and environment.
- Education and Training:Providing all participants with necessary education, training, and occupational health and safety information, enabling them to understand and implement safe work practices.
- Continuous Improvement:Regularly reviewing the safety policy, management system, and performance indicators, and continuously improving through the PDCA management cycle.
All employees of the RB will actively participate in and implement occupational health and safety management, collectively raising safety awareness among all personnel, building an engineering safety culture, and realizing the goal of "Zero disasters and Zero accidents."
